Terrible bank with staff that don't even bother to pretend to help. The Manager is clueless and no help whatsoever. Two people were upset there within minutes of each other. CIBC is awful...

Dumb bank can’t even use my own money and it will say declined for what reason??? I have money in my bank, my own money and cannot use it?? It’s my money let me use it!! If the bank services are gonna be like this I don’t not recommend getting this card!!!
