I would like to give it 0 star. I called the branch earlier today as needed to do a wire transfer “No problem” come anytime. I dove 30 mins and reached 20 mins before closing time but was told “Sorry, no manager is here, so can’t do wire transfer”
Terrible bank with staff that don't even bother to pretend to help. The Manager is clueless and no help whatsoever. Two people were upset there within minutes of each other. CIBC is awful...
