March 14/24 Seriously last time I was here the service was still no better, but the fact of not being able to use the ATM after hours is some BULLSHIT! Don't get me wrong, I know the reputation of this location & that's why the door locking measures but still, maybe this location should consider relocating somewhere else close by as this is honestly ridiculous
This branch was used to be full branch. Now still they have many people working and sitting in cabins. Its hard to get things done here. Even there printer is not working to printing. Very sad. There are tons people living east of 50 street. But they have only one full working branch near Millwood TC which have always 30 min waiting time. I guess its time to move all my accounts to other banks.
Waiting is crazy only one employee working at the front.
