CIBC offers a decent range of banking services, and I’ve had some positive experiences with their staff—they’re generally polite and willing to help. Their online and mobile banking features are convenient and easy to navigate. However, there are areas that need improvement. Service can feel slow at times, and certain processes take longer than expected. Communication could also be clearer, especially when dealing with account details or resolving issues.
Harold at the front desk is rude. Refuses to help any customers. This bank sent 3 straight customers away to another branch. Horrible service
Unprofessional staff
ATMs locked at 8pm and no drive through option leaving you without any access to cash deposits or withdrawals if you need it after hours. This is literally the only reason a physical location is needed for these days, and it’s useless after 8pm.
Wow theres already so many bad reviews I wonder if mine will even make a difference.. it seems everyone is experiencing unhelpful and inconvenience at this bank.... my complaint was they dont answer their phones and the automated message says they will call back but they never do.... smh do better CIBC.
