Pathetic. Take your banking elsewhere. The centralized Estate department is a complete disaster.
Their maxhine chewed up my cash when I tried to deposit it, and then the staff advised me this isn't a branch with tellers, and they can't handle cash in any form. Im going to have to take the cash their branch chewed up to another branch to exchange or deposit it. You would have been more helpful if you were closed.
30 minutes for just couple of cheques deposit on behalf of someone
This cIBC branch don’t deserve even 1 star, poor management, unprofessional behaviour,always long waiting queues,only 1 person working at the front desk all other staff just ignore customers. On Monday I stand up in line 45 minutes,today again after waiting for 35 minutes I left the line and went to mill woods branch.please avoid visit this cIBC branch.
One of the worst service. After a big line up upon talking and asking for the balance transfer promotion I received. The guy told me he doesn’t know much about credit cards and I should just call them or visit other branch for more clarification. I was like what do you mean? Why would I wait in line for an hour to hear that go to a different branch? And then he tells me if I have got a promotion email, just apply and talk to us online and it will be done.
