Unusual experience, first time I walked into a bank with no staff other than one person to tell us to use the ATMs.
The waiting time at this CIBC branch was extremely long. I waited far too long just to be served, and there was no communication about the delay. The customer service experience was very disappointing because of the excessive wait. I hope the branch improves its staffing and reduces wait times in the future.
