Service rapide. Conseiller respectable
Un banque ou institution banquaire devrait avoir un certain intérêt pour sa clientèles et avoir un bon service à la clientèle, or cette institution sur le Corbusier n'en à pas. J'ai déjà porter plainte, car il y a des guichets que nous ne pouvons pas utilisés car la porte est barré et ont ne peut entrée alors à quoi bon avoir des guichets au heures de bureaux seulement. Absolutely useless service, CIBC doesn't care about client service and it's obvious.
Don’t think even coming here! First they don’t even have a real bank teller counter but only with ATM MACHINES plus the older lady who came out to greet me she was a bit agressive talking to me Cuz when I got there there was no one at the front reception desk so I went to look for a bank teller counter myself I think she didn’t like that and that’s why she stopped me fast before I could go any further Total joke!! Very disappointed!!
