Yesterday my autistic adult son came in to simply change his phone number yesterday. He was told they were too busy and told him to go to the Centre Mall location. Too busy to change a phone number??? Terrible customer service.
They took away the tellers years ago, now they are closing.. What are we paying fee's for? Are they going to reimburse my cab fare to get to the branch on Barton street? Don't think so...
