This branch USED to be good, I have been a client for over 10 years. The manager knew me by name and was happy to help me anytime I needed. Since they have changed over all of their staff they now cant answer their phones even after I have called 3 different times, hours apart, on a TUESDAY. What a joke! I will now be changing branches if not banks completely.
Scheduled a phone appointment. They never phoned me. I tried reaching out twice, leaving messages to call me back. Still nothing.
I came to deposit some cheques without a debit card. I understood that I would have to wait to see one of the advisors to complete the transaction. When she finally took me in she didn't introduce herself (I still have no idea what her name was) and had a whole mess of files sitting on her desk. She made no attempt at small talk, which is fine, but still I figured they would want to solicit some business.
