Just brutal. The call centre told us we had to come to a branch to dispute fraud charges. Once at the bank, they had us call the call centre again! We have been sitting here on hold for an hour. This is the most useless bank I have ever been in my entire life. Please do yourself a favour. Close your accounts and go anywhere else.
This place is never open, had incorrect hours and information listed on website and google. Wouldn’t recommend ever!
How does a bank not have any bills below $20, neither at the ATM, or at the counter? Can’t get any small bills, even from a teller. Who’s the loser that decided that was a good move?
Worst branch to deal with and cibc as a whole is just awful.
This CIBC location will not allow you to deposit cash in the bank center. (rolled change) My 9 year old son was told he would have to go to a location that was 14 km away, to deposit his allowance into his bank account. Google maps tells him it’s only a 2 hour and 28 minute walk for him one way, or 38 minutes if he takes his bike… What a joke. Can you even call it a bank if you can’t deposit all Canadian currency? What service do you provide if you aren’t providing basic banking services to your clients.
