Does anyone work here? I walked into a dead building with no one at the till. Two men were side by side in an office talking with one lady who looked to be a customer. They were facing me and didn’t even care I was there so I left. Very sad service
Absolutely terrible banking location. Waste of time to come here just go to a different one.
Went to open a bank account here. Made an appointment online. I showed up and the bank is closed. What a waste of time. At this point the CIBC in Beaumont is a glorified ATM. No banking services. They really missed out on a great customer with lots of money because they just plainly suck. Do not bank here!
Just brutal. The call centre told us we had to come to a branch to dispute fraud charges. Once at the bank, they had us call the call centre again! We have been sitting here on hold for an hour. This is the most useless bank I have ever been in my entire life. Please do yourself a favour. Close your accounts and go anywhere else.
This place is never open, had incorrect hours and information listed on website and google. Wouldn’t recommend ever!
