I was pretty much attacked by the lady representative..
Third class bank and third class employees. When the bank is third class they can only afford third class employees. Zero customer service and absolute disregard for customer urgency. Save more money shut down this branch. No need to have worthless employees who doesnt want to work and provide service. Feels like you walked into a funeral home not a bank when you walk into this branch.
Just awful customer service. We have been waiting for an estate account to be created for almost 3 months. Can't get a real person on the phone when we call the branch, and when we leave messages they are never responded too. Disgraceful.
Visited this branch. The employees are extremely uninterested in helping you. Terrible service.
Ridiculous that there is no tellers here.
