This is absolutely the best CIBC customer service I have ever experienced. Mrs Sundara Chinmayi is always so kind and so patient to solve all my problems, and she is so knowledgable to give me advices. I feel so lucky to choose her as my CIBC financial advisor, will trust her as always.
Bank don't take Cash?
The female staff member with a few strands of white hair had a particularly bad attitude. Yesterday when I went to handle business, she told me to wait. After about ten minutes, she informed me that another staff member had gone for lunch and suggested that I come back at another time in the afternoon. Why didn't you tell me at the beginning that your colleague had gone for lunch and that I should come back at another time? Her tone was cold and her service was extremely poor!
Just now, in this branch of the bank, they refused to instantly deposit my paycheck (depositing via ATM, then confirming through the manager instantly), although another manager in this branch did it for me 5 months ago without question. I also always deposited payrolls instantly at other CIBS branches in the city no question.
