Last week I went there and no associate or front desk person was available I was waiting for more than 25 mins just to collect my credit card that was delivered there. When the associate came she told me she can't help as I did not have any appointment to collect the card.. this made no sense but she was rude and did not help. I was planning to cancel my bank account from CIBC. I wish I could give them 0 stars. What kind of seriousness do people working there has!!! I took an hour early from my 9-5pm so that I can go and discuss about something very important. I went there at 4pm and nobody in the lobby. Nobody in any rooms there. I hear women at the back somewhere giggling and laughing about husbands. Are you kidding me right now? What kind of professionalism and customer orientation is that? This branch to do something about it or soon you are losing a very old customer. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!!
Extremely unresponsive staff. Branch manager's voicemail is set to not accept messages, referring you instead to email, without even providing an email address. Bank at another institution.
