Waited 15 mins in lobby and none of the staff came to help. If this branch is for mortgage and advisor service only, then plz mark it down on ur branch name: NO DROP IN ALLOWED Finally got someone to talk with, and she just asked me to call the phone banking. Can a CIBC teller do the job? Yes, with teller access everything will be much easier. Would she do that? No, because it’s almost 5pm and helping others doesn’t count for KPI or PMM
Received excellent service from Sydnee. She was friendly and knowledgeable and will be my go-to advisor from now on.
I booked a meeting weeks ago - they had very limited availability. The advisor was out sick but no one notified me so when I got there, the person told me they were doing me a “favour” by helping me out at the front desk. Took a long time and they couldn’t end up helping me out. They were also not knowledgeable about their own products and I had to pull up the CIBC website to show them their own products. There were numerous employees there and yet no one was free to help…. Would not recommend and I’m planning to take my bus... read more
