On May 26, I contacted CIBC to initiate a chargeback for a transaction totaling $189. Approximately 12 minutes later, I called CIBC back because I had changed my mind and wanted to cancel the chargeback request. This branch is a joke. I went in today, after trying at least five times by phone over a week to reach a person to ask about what documents I needed to bring in, as I need to transfer funds from a bank in Manitoba, but no one answers. The phone message says no one is available. I went in today to try to get a wire transfer or bank draft to my account here in Vancouver.
