Why is this location closed on Mondays? I just wanted ATM access and even that was locked.
Nothing is working and supporting. Staff working inefficiently and not knowledgeable. I will not go with this company anymore.
I am making a list of businesses in Vancouver lower mainland BC with which I will never do business with ever again I live in Vancouver since 1997 and this CIBC bank branch will be included in my black list I went there twice and both times it made me wonder who alowes businesses like this to operate actually this particular bank branch become a bad luck for me later on I am not making this up
My partner and I had an upsetting experience with one of the advisors. We had booked an appointment a month ago, and it came on the day of the meeting, today. We walked into the branch, and the teller told me that the person we were supposed to meet was on vacation. Without any heads up or rescheduling request, the teller told us that the advisor usually calls all the clients to reschedule.
