This is my home branch for over 30 years, and it was shocking to see that they no longer open on Saturday. That was the point of choosing this location. The hours are horrible for the convenience of their customers. I am now forced to seek another location to do my business.
I am disappointed at the service I received here. The bank did a terrible job on following up with me, even though it was promised. Ended up wasting a ton of my time later on. May 27 2024, around noon time, I went into the branch to update my mortgage payment details. I had previously set up an automatic debit monthly from an account at another bank to be paid directly into my CIBC mortgage. That account was closed and I opened a new account, so I headed to this branch to update the mortgage payment details with my new accou... read more
