This location should not be called a branch. There are no tellers, only a receptionist whose role is limited to assisting with the ATM. I did not meet with any financial advisors, so I cannot comment on that service, but the absence of basic banking functions makes the “branch” designation misleading.

I have nothing but positive things to say about this branch in my decade + long relationship with them, in particular, Edward Chow who has been handling my banking now for a number of years. Recommend.

Today’s visit was really disappointing. A staff member (older Asian man) was unhelpful and rude for no reason. I’ve never had issues at other branches in the past 5 years, but this staff member said, “I don’t understand what you want,” when I simply asked a single, straightforward question.

Edward Chow is very customer service oriented and you can tell he takes pride in his work. He is not pushy which I appreciate and he went out of his way to satisfy his client which is rare in this world right now.

Edward Chow is fantastic. He always seems to call at the right time for TFSA/RSP advice! He's proactive, knowledgeable and always seems to have time for a chat. I have enjoyed the personal touch he has added to my banking and our many long conversations on finance(and life in general!)
