I had a great experience with Edward Chow at this branch. He went above and beyond to help with an issue. He is highly knowledgeable and worked to solve my request right away. Very happy to recommend.

This is the most poorly managed location downtown. The incompetence level with advice and lack of accountability when errors have been made has created loss in income for me. You are better off walking to the Richards and Robson St branch. It’s very sad, as there are a lot of young professionals and high net worth seniors in the area that deserve way better from CIBC. Very basic questions can be handled. Bigger financial topics should not be trusted with this branch.
