Parvaneh Sami is amazing! Pls give her accodales and respect- a family member with special needs was greatly assisted by her & she even remembered his name when he went back in. So few left like her, helping others & we are so grateful for her. Heads up CIBC give this lady some love & awards.

Don’t come here unless you just need to use an ATM. It’s not a proper branch and they will refuse to help you and ask you to go to a different branch instead. Terrible customer service. Such a waste of time. Should not be advertised as a CIBC Branch. I wish I’d read the reviews before I came here. It would have saved me a lot of time.
i had a handful questions and the 2 women at the desk were very kind and patient with me. they walked me through everything i was inquiring about and gave me the best service i could have asked for in the moment! i usually don’t leave reviews but i really did walk out of here feeling good about the service. :)
