Worst banking experience ever, asked to withdraw my TFSA savings and the lady said she couldn’t do it but her colleague might be able to but she was on her 1 hr long lunch break and would call me back, 3 days later and still no call. Every single time I’ve went to this bank they have never been able to do what I’ve asked them and I leave frustrated. Useless staff, horrible customer service. I’ll be switching to another bank. Would give zero stars if I could

I went to this branch today to ask what was going on with my slip, but the teller didn’t even try to take a look and read the form. Instead, she told me to call CRA to ask about it. She even asked me if that slip was sent by CIBC. Girl, it was clearly written there that it was from CIBC. It has nothing to do with the CRA. Opted to visit another CIBC branch to get the right answer.
