horrible service they don’t care they will waste your time again and again i try to book a meeting and then they pass me off to the line of 15 people i wasted so much time waiting here for nothing
The way she talked to me who works there(the girl sitting at the front)was really rude. Who talks to the customer that way? Lol my friend who was there with me felt really uncomfortable as well. How about instead of looking down people and answering your damn phone while you are working, actually do your JOB? :)
The people are nice, but unfortunately not trained to help which constantly puts them under fire with clients. It’s a waste of time to come into the branch to receive banking help. While waiting 30 mins to sign a doc. I witnessed a guy withdrawal a 50 that was missing a full corner and they told him to go to a different branch to get it replaced. Management, do better by your staff!
Only one teller to manage everything. Waited 15 mins in line. Don’t go to this branch.
