Removed all tellers available other than a floater at reception. People who ACTUALLY needs teller service is asking for help from someone who cannot perform tasks beyond their pay grade (literally they can only offer the bare minimum, with great customer service to be fair). Waste of time, unfortunately.

I've been having a huge issue with this bank lately as a bunch of money went missing from my account. I've tried to contact them 20+ different times (even going to this specific branch) but nobody cares and nobody is interested in correcting the issue. I'm SICK of this awful bank; it's a disgrace to our countries name.
Honestly pretty useless branch, they don’t have any tellers. Glorified atm.
