Trash bank
Outstanding customer service at this branch. Went above and beyond to help me resolve my issue. Transferred rent money to another CIBC client and the recipient claimed that I haven't. The manager called on my behalf to successfully convince them that the money was indeed deposited. Very greatful for the help especially considering that it was a Friday afternoon. CIBC has earned my loyalty!
Not a good experience. On Saturday July 18th, I went to receive a stamped version of my bank statement for an embassy. I was in the line waiting as the receptionist was helping me with my request, but as soon as another custmoer came and standed in the line, a banking representative interrupted said the front receptionist does not have access to printing a bank statement yet, and since the banking representative is meeting with a client, I should either come back 30 minutes later or another day. Parvaneh Sami is amazing! Pls give her accodales and respect- a family member with special needs was greatly assisted by her & she even remembered his name when he went back in. So few left like her, helping others & we are so grateful for her. Heads up CIBC give this lady some love & awards.
