Weaponized Incompetence: The Place.
One of the employees is aggressive, not helpful and gave me wrong information.
Convenient location and polite staff. However, they no longer have teller service. This location is essentially an ATM with helpers, you cannot do more than online or ATM banking. No longer very useful for my needs with the change.
this bank was so weird , there was this indian guy who told me to close my account at cibc unprovoked.
