The wait time... One teller is a joke for a bank downtown
I had a wonderful experience at this CIBC branch. Moozhan, a nice and professional staff member, assisted us with great respect and care. Her positive energy and excellent communication made the whole process smooth and reassuring. Such an outstanding service.
Today a Persian girl I think her name was Mojdeh helped me out for chequing account and it was so unexpected because I didn’t have a appointment she was such a very attentive and thought me about my credit score which I was not aware about. Thanks good job
No tellers so no banking not sure why they have this location amazing how customer service is non existent at this bank
