Mitra was very knowledgeable, kind, empathetic, and professional. I signed up for three different accounts and Mitra made my time at CIBC enjoyable and smooth. If there are always people like Mitra working, I will be banking with CIBC for a long time.

I would not recommend this bank to anyone. In 2023, I opened a two-year, no-fee account, yet I’ve been consistently charged monthly fees—even though I always maintained more than the minimum required balance. Based on the account terms, there are two reasons I shouldn’t be getting charged, but the fees continued.
