I had an appointment today with Service Rep Weiwei Zhang. She was extremely helpful and very efficient and understanding. I read some bad reviews about this branch, hence I was a bit reluctant as I had a rather an unusual request. She didn't let me leave her office until my problem was solved, even though it took 2 hours instead of the allocated 1 hour. I will go to this branch from now on, great service.
Weiwei Zhang is very professional, patient, and clear in explaining everything. I truly had a brilliant experience today.
