My experience is that this bank has customer service unworthy of my money. They changed a scheduled meeting and suggested I reschedule it myself... So I withdrew all our savings (over 750k if a manager is reading this) instead of continuing and getting a construction loan from them. We would rather pay an extra fee to have quality customer service.
Worst experience ever. Useless branch. Consider this as ATM only location.
Very poor customer service. The staff of the bank is highly unprofessional and does not care about the customer needs.
Cibc bank is good. But they need to have late hours 2 days a week. But they are way better thank all the other banks .
24 year client - unable to connect with anyone at branch or get calls returned. Unacceptable.
