Mortgage was due for refinance/renewal and conversations were had with branch advisor leading up to renewal date. Then advisor goes on unscheduled leave, which we were only aware of after we reached out to ask why the hadn’t been back in touch. No one else at the branch could help, our file was not passed onto another advisor. After another two week delay, eventually sent to head office to complete the renewal where we were told we couldn’t do a refinance because we were now too close to renewal date! I had an appointment today with Service Rep Weiwei Zhang. She was extremely helpful and very efficient and understanding. I read some bad reviews about this branch, hence I was a bit reluctant as I had a rather an unusual request. She didn't let me leave her office until my problem was solved, even though it took 2 hours instead of the allocated 1 hour. I will go to this branch from now on, great service.
Weiwei Zhang is very professional, patient, and clear in explaining everything. I truly had a brilliant experience today.
Waited for 1 hour because they only had one teller.
Horrible customer service. Terrible branch. Rude and condescending employees.
