I had a very positive experience at this CIBC location. I was greeted immediately by Ben at the front desk, who was incredibly professional and helpful. He took the time to listen to my questions and guided me through the entire process with ease. The branch itself is clean, modern, and bright. While other reviews mention the lack of traditional teller desks, I found that between the efficient ATMs and Ben’s expert support, my transaction was completed seamlessly. Highly recommended if you value great service!

Mortgage was due for refinance/renewal and conversations were had with branch advisor leading up to renewal date. Then advisor goes on unscheduled leave, which we were only aware of after we reached out to ask why the hadn’t been back in touch. No one else at the branch could help, our file was not passed onto another advisor. After another two week delay, eventually sent to head office to complete the renewal where we were told we couldn’t do a refinance because we were now too close to renewal date! I had an appointment today with Service Rep Weiwei Zhang. She was extremely helpful and very efficient and understanding. I read some bad reviews about this branch, hence I was a bit reluctant as I had a rather an unusual request. She didn't let me leave her office until my problem was solved, even though it took 2 hours instead of the allocated 1 hour. I will go to this branch from now on, great service.
