Horrible customer service. Terrible branch. Rude and condescending employees.
Waited for 1 hour because they only one teller.
In 2025 Aug, WeiWei was helpful with my accounts patiently. And she was knowledgeable to solve my issues. Besides, she was attentive to other customers and assigned others to help customers waiting in line.
Pathetic customer service and receptionist, don't ever go to this location except you want to withdraw or deposit money to your account. A person said it's just an advisory location and not the branch, hilarious.
This is not a branch just an ATM. Don’t even go there if you want anything done usefully. You have to book an appointment for Doug. A wire transfer which could be available in 2-3 days. They should close this Eva ch and just keep the AT. M- utterly useless for anything you would Go to a branch
