I went in on Tuesday and I was helped out by Hartej. He was very knowledgeable about everything and took the time to explain everything out to me. I had a really good experience working with him and would recommend him for all your banking needs. Will definitely be going back to this location to deal with Hartej!
If I could give less stars I would. I was contacted a week ago by Malana Twinkle and told she could save me money by making 1 of my checking accounts into a savings. I agreed and went through the process. Was told I could save $16.95 - why not. In this economy every penny counts. On May 1 when my service charged went through - which was only days after the changes- I was charged $285.00 service charge from my new savings account that was suppose to save me from paying the $16.95 I wqs paying before.
