Giving 1 star solely because of the usual guy at the front, the Indian guy. Waste of time and energy. Incompetent as they come. Changed my account to scotia and he's the sole reason.
I love CIBC but the main gatekeeper at this branch ( the Indian guy) who's always there. The teller. Is an absolutely useless waste of time. Never solves any problem. Doesn't let you go through and talk to someone useful. Have had to deploy hard negotiation tactics to speak to a teller behind him and have always had the thing done which he insisted cannot be done. All other branches do alright but this place, when I show up and see that Indian guy at the front ( not being racist, I'm Indian myself. Just identifying him ) it'... read more
Pandit worst costumer service.
Very bad customer service. They are very careless employees. Never give good service, very rude and disrespectful behavior .
One of the worst banks tried calling they just don’t pick up, huge waste of time please don’t bank here or you’ll end up wasting your time too
