This is unacceptable — I canceled my debit card, yet you still charge me monthly fees! Stop these unfair deductions and refund my money immediately. Very disappointing service.

Although it doesn’t makes sense to me to not have tellers as how other locations have that but I had a pleasant experience this time with AJ and not the usual guy who is out there. As AJ provided an excellent service and explained to me everything so patiently, he has a very positive demeanour. The bank should hire more individuals like him.
