I was set up with a checking account by Arshiya who was very friendly and professional and a credit to CIBC.
I want to express my gratitude to Petitpas Holly. She has always been very helpful for my kids RESP. It was very complicated I had to make calls back and forth and Holly helped me through it and dealt with me very patiently and gave us great customer experience.
Standing first in line, with 3 sets of customers behind me… no staff meets or asks if they can help for over 15 minutes. Stopped in to swap a small amount of USD to CAD currency. Not sure what’s happened to CIBC but they do not care about in-person service anymore. Go elsewhere for better service.
Austin was very helpful and was able to help me with my problem. I would recommend him to anyone, he was a very good person.
Says it open until 4pm on Saturdays, but closes 15-30 minutes early usually. Super lazy workers nowadays! So tired of this institution as of the last few years. Service has completely fallen of the map.
