Amazing atmosphere. Visited here with my elderly parents. Lady at front was super helpful and patient with their questions and helped at the machines to complete their cash withdraws
A lady sitting reception is so rude. I asked about upgrading the account but she didn’t give me reply, as if I am any fool. That’s totally unacceptable behaviour from such a professional person working in a bank. She was busy on her phone sitting on her desk. Avoid this branch.
