Une expérience exécrable avec Wissem El Haj à la CIBC. Non seulement il manque totalement de professionnalisme et de respect, mais ses explications étaient confuses et inutiles. Comment peut-on laisser quelqu’un d’aussi incompétent représenter une banque ? Cette succursale est de loin la pire que j’ai visitée. Une honte pour l’image de la CIBC. À fuir absolument !
Très mauvaise expérience avec ce monsieur Wissem El Haj, qui m’a mal expliqué le service que je venais chercher. Irrespectueux et peu professionnel, il a clairement montré un manque d’expérience. Je déconseille fortement cette succursale.

Visited the branch yesterday to make a draft, 4 people inline served by 1 person wt feont desk, i left after 30 min waiting and still 4 persons inline. Went back today, the branch manager was at the front desk, she refused to make the draft because it s a big amount even tough she verified my id s, the draft had to be autorized by my account manager that i never met.. She asked me to go to my branch to make the draft! after i insisted, she decided to call my so called account manager, took me 1h30 to make a basic transaction... read more
