Horrible branch, zero service, avoid at all cost.
Unfortunately, my experience at this location was very disappointing. The service was unproductive, particularly with Kareem, who spent a lot of time without providing any real assistance in the end. I’d recommend trying a different location for more efficient and helpful service rather than wasting your time at this location.

Hello guys one of the worst bankibg system here no one works prolerly here all the employee chating together no one fix your work donot try and come to this bank one of the worstever apply online for all of your works i tied to get appointment for credit card they didnt even give me proper appointment
Yesterday I received phone calls from this branch from a man speaking Russian. He knew my name and began speaking to me in Russian. He called me multiple times and refused to address why he was calling me. I phoned the branch to inform them and ask if this was a legitimate phone call as I do have an account with CIBC. They never returned my call so I'm leaving this review to let others know about this suspicious and concerning phone call. I'll update this review if I ever get a call back.
