Yesterday I received phone calls from this branch from a man speaking Russian. He knew my name and began speaking to me in Russian. He called me multiple times and refused to address why he was calling me. I phoned the branch to inform them and ask if this was a legitimate phone call as I do have an account with CIBC. They never returned my call so I'm leaving this review to let others know about this suspicious and concerning phone call. I'll update this review if I ever get a call back.
Just received an unsolicited phone call from this branch asking if I speak Russian. - Why would a bank in Ontario be calling me asking me that???
This is not a traditional or normal branch. Only ATM is available. There is some staff at the branch but they literally can’t do normal banking services, except for asking you to use ATM. They don’t mention anything like that on Google description as well.

Pls do not visit this branch. Workers are not customer friendly. They accuse other colleagues at other branch’s that they don’t know their process. Only they know the correct process.
