Ms. Gwen , the manager of this CIBC branch is professionally caring about the clients, she is very helpful, knowledgeable and responsive. She is good listener and good problem solver. I had some issues with the wire transfer from my account and also check deposit on my account and cash order, each-time she helped me and the staff to resolve the problems fast and accurate.
