This is not a traditional or normal branch. Only ATM is available. There is some staff at the branch but they literally can’t do normal banking services, except for asking you to use ATM. They don’t mention anything like that on Google description as well.

Pls do not visit this branch. Workers are not customer friendly. They accuse other colleagues at other branch’s that they don’t know their process. Only they know the correct process.
Ms. Gwen , the manager of this CIBC branch is professionally caring about the clients, she is very helpful, knowledgeable and responsive. She is good listener and good problem solver. I had some issues with the wire transfer from my account and also check deposit on my account and cash order, each-time she helped me and the staff to resolve the problems fast and accurate. Thanks to all the team of this branch and special thanks to Ms. Gwen the manager.
