Useless location! No tellers = No customer service I needed to make an immediate payment to an account, but they don't have any tellers to offer support. I've now walked into this location 2 times and both times have left extremely frustrated. CIBC you've forgotten how to serve your customers!
I had a great experience at the bank thanks to Firuza who was incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. She took the time to clearly explain everything and made sure I understood all the steps. Her professionalism and kindness really made a difference, and I truly appreciate her support. Excellent customer service!
This place is not a bank ! They don't have any teller ! I walked in to make a payment . Someone walked to me asking if I have an appointment ?!!!! Obviously, I didn't have an appointment . She said: I have to go to another bank to make a payment !!!! This was the second branch of CIBC that did not do any baking ! I have to drive from branch to brach to make a payment !!!! If this is not a bank, why did they call it bank, It's a private financial place that should be in an office building Not in a bank looking store !!!!
This branch refused to deposit check, reason “we don’t have counter”. I said other branch can deposit at reception counter. They told me the scan machine is not working… this is Easter week, bank will not open for coming two days.
