Terrible customer service at this branch, especially the branch manager Helen. I can see why the reviews here are so low as it starts from the top down. She is strongly making me consider switching to another banking service.
Great experience at CIBC. Stone Zhou was very friendly and warm, and made everything easy. Thanks to Zhou for the kind and helpful service.
Why yall haters?
No one available to help — just like many other reviews here say. When you finally find someone, they ask if you have an appointment, and if not, tell you to go to another branch. Meanwhile, staff are standing around doing nothing. Very disappointing service.
