Damn, I thought I was being needy so I didn't write a review. I opened an account with CIBC online but they told me to come in and verify my identity or whatever before officiating it. I set an appointment, and was 10 minutes early. No one acknowledged me for the 10 minutes I physically stood at the "welcome counter", meanwhile some girl kept walking past me clearly doing nothing but waiting on her client to show. Absolutely garbage bank, no respect to customers, would not even give a shit if you don’t have 200+ up in savings or investments with them. Calling out Grace Fu, absolutely no use, won’t help you wont reply to email, worst experience ever.
I would like to thank Hemal Chauhan for assisting me on my visit to the bank. She really help me a lot very knowledgable to all the questions i ask and provided me with great service. I commend her for the hard work it was closing time but then again still she provided me with the best service.. Please keep up the great job you are helping a lot of people. Btw its HEMAL CHAUHAN! 真是相由心生。那个女客服像个丧门星，明明剪刀就在那里，就不给你用，干脆拒绝借你。现场客户看不下去了，指引我现场角落一个剪刀。干嘛这么坏？the lady working on this branch is so bad. Refuse to use her scissor which is displayed there。why so bad? I feel sick when seeing her.
Grace Fu is an extremely responsible adviser. When we walked into CIBC hoping to open an account, she efficiently arranged our schedule and communicated with us in a professional yet friendly manner.
