Anita? asit? The lady working today is rude and dismissive. Shrugged her shoulders and said it wasn’t her job when the ATM in the branch had issues. Not her job to help apparently
NOT A SAFE PLACE to bank. Homeless person was sleeping in the ATM machine area. PLEASE BE CAREFUL WHEN BANKING!!!

We’d like to thank Ms Flora Shao for her excellent service during our visit in this branch. We Googled this location and went to close our CIBC account after our mortgage was transferred to another bank. The staff initially suggested us to go to another branch.
