I went into this location for my small business account for a simple transaction. It should have taken me 5 mins. Instead the lady at the front desk said she couldn’t help me and that they didn’t do what I needed to do. Didn’t offer me a solution, just bluntly said they didn’t do it. I had to drive to another location. They were immediately able to process my transaction. I wasted over a hour, with one of my employees in my truck waiting.
