I went into this location for my small business account for a simple transaction. It should have taken me 5 mins. Instead the lady at the front desk said she couldn’t help me and that they didn’t do what I needed to do. Didn’t offer me a solution, just bluntly said they didn’t do it. I had to drive to another location. They were immediately able to process my transaction. I wasted over a hour, with one of my employees in my truck waiting.

Hemal is really friendly and gave good financial advice that was catered to my situation! She didn't try to push or sell any products she knew I wouldn't benefit from. She answered my questions with honesty and even told me not to go to a certain product because I wouldn't need it, instead redirected me to one that I didn't know would actually suit my needs & aligned to my financial goals better!
