Closed even though it was a Friday at 1pm. And they are supposed to be open, also the staff was so incredibly rude when I knocked and they told me that they were understaffed and to “go away” Absolutely ridiculous
I had a disappointing experience at the CIBC Pitt Meadows branch. Unfortunately, I found the advisor, Daniel Zamani, and his manager, Manu sharma, lacking in both professionalism and cooperation. I had a good experience in this branch for opening an account. They are professional and behavior of the personnel especially Mr Danial and manager was good
Manu Sharma was extremely unprofessional and lied about fulfilling customers request - either he was incompetent and forgot or did it on purpose, as a manager he should of known better. visited this branch once and will never come back again, and ill for sure to file a complaint on him
