I been CIBC client since 1988 dealt with many branches and other banks like RBC Scotia bank I have to say this branch is best of the best with customer care and customer service Thank you Stafca Pam ,Steve and all the staff for the great service and care
Never been to this location but applied online for a credit card that they couldn’t approve cause of my identity in the photo didn’t look like me enough to be me. Then a system error for my application and so I would have to start the whole application again. Never ended up reapplying. Get a E-Mail that the account in my name is open and has alerts set up but received no call or email before hand about the account nor getting a physical card. They are very responsive at this branch. It's not my local branch, but I started coming here recently because the customer service is a lot better. Luna, Rabia and Steve have all been very professional and helpful so far.
Very bad service from manager was rude and ill tempered
