No one answers the phone call ever, ridiculous service.
Very good service. The lady at the service desk, Stelka, was friendly and helpful in response to my request for a void check and updates to my account profile.
Lady on the phone was super rude. I’m going to change banks.
I been CIBC client since 1988 dealt with many branches and other banks like RBC Scotia bank I have to say this branch is best of the best with customer care and customer service Thank you Stafca Pam ,Steve and all the staff for the great service and care
