I had a mixed experience at this CIBC branch. The front desk staff, especially Sabrina, was absolutely wonderful—professional, friendly, and very helpful. She made the initial part of my visit smooth and pleasant. Unfortunately, my interaction with the BRANCH MANAGER was the complete opposite. The website says it is a branch with atm but you can't do regular banking? Why say its a branch when there's no banking except at the atm?
Not a branch. Its an advice center with atm. There are no tellers. Please change the description in Google.
