I was highly dissatisfied with the customer service provided by the Financial Services Representative, Pooja Mahay. Her approach appeared to lack responsibility, as tasks were passed onto others without clear communication. Additionally, there was a notable delay in responding, and when I followed up regarding the delay, I received an apology without any explanation for the issue. What an absolute waste of space, no cash given on premises. What kind of bank is this? I walked in and was told it was a digital bank - the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever heard of. If I could give zero stars I would.
