Very slow service. Maybe they have newer staff but they were serving one customer for half an hour and I barely had time to get a simple task down before closure. Friendly recommendation: if there is staff in training out in front, please consider having someone more experienced help them
The manager (came on the front desk) was rude and acted arrogantly, as if he knew everything. This branch also appears understaffed, and instead of helping me, they sent me to another location.
Agree with other reviewers. Bank manager here on 25/11 was pretty rude right out of the gate. Not a branch - just some ATM’s without even $1000 worth of hundreds. CIBC is becoming the worst. Going to switch all my business.
I had a mixed experience at this CIBC branch. The front desk staff, especially Sabrina, was absolutely wonderful—professional, friendly, and very helpful. She made the initial part of my visit smooth and pleasant. Unfortunately, my interaction with the BRANCH MANAGER was the complete opposite.
