Agree with other reviewers. Bank manager here on 25/11 was pretty rude right out of the gate. Not a branch - just some ATM’s without even $1000 worth of hundreds. CIBC is becoming the worst. Going to switch all my business.
I had a mixed experience at this CIBC branch. The front desk staff, especially Sabrina, was absolutely wonderful—professional, friendly, and very helpful. She made the initial part of my visit smooth and pleasant. Unfortunately, my interaction with the BRANCH MANAGER was the complete opposite. He came across as very rude, unapproachable, and dismissive. It genuinely felt like he didn’t want to help at all, and his tone was disrespectful. The website says it is a branch with atm but you can't do regular banking? Why say its a branch when there's no banking except at the atm?
