Downtown is not a great place to find a cibc
Terrible bank highly recommend somewhere else
If there was a location that would make me remove all my money from Cibc it is this one worst service ever
This is not a bank, CIBC is terrible now with these fake bank locations it’s just a credit card signup stop with atms no tellers in sight
Would have left zero stars if I could. First there are no tellers so you can't withdraw money other than from a bank machine. Second, when you walk in there is a welcome desk, but no one bothers to even acknowledge you while you wait for the two staff members behind the desk to stop talking amongst themselves. Third, we are CIBC clients and went to this branch to withdraw money from the bank. My partner had to use the bathroom and as he was walking in, one of the advisors came out of her office to stop him from entering the ... read more
