Unhelpful staff. Not sure if all cibc branches are like this. All the branches have very bad reviews. Makes me wonder if I should change my bank altogether.

Very Unprofessional Service – Extremely Disappointed I had a very disappointing experience at this branch. The manager initially seemed helpful and promised that a mortgage specialist would be available for our scheduled appointment. My husband and I both took an unpaid day off work to attend, expecting a proper in-person consultation. However, once we arrived, it became clear that no one was prepared.
