Disgusting service One person on front desk
Ms. Shirin Ghazanfari, a financial service representative, was incredibly patient, kind, and professional. She guided me through opening my account with great care and attention, making the whole process smooth and pleasant. I truly appreciate her help and highly recommend her and the bank to everyone!
Unhelpful staff. Not sure if all cibc branches are like this. All the branches have very bad reviews. Makes me wonder if I should change my bank altogether.
