Respectfully, your employee has the worst body odor, you can smell it the second you open the doors. And this concept of not having tellers and your employees discussing personal finances at the front counter infront of other people is extremely unprofessional. There was also elderly people needing help and nobody to help without tellers. All of your staff was dealing with appointments and trying to juggle both. CIBC Costco card—total nightmare. You sign up thinking it's great? Big mistake. You try to cancel and suddenly it's mission impossible. No one knows what they’re doing. It’s chaos. Horrible card. Just horrible!
The Costco card issued by CIBC is a total failure. It cannot be canceled in person.
I recently needed a simple bank draft from CIBC, and what should have been a quick task turned into an hour-and-a-half ordeal. I had to drive to three different branches just to get it done—something completely unacceptable for a major financial institution. Dollarton Highway Branch – I was told they couldn’t print the bank draft because they don’t have a printer.
