Poor customer service. They should lock their doors and only have a bank machine outside at the Dollarton branch. They do not like talking to people or helping them. They don’t give change there or smaller bills same with the Lonsdale branch. I have been told to go to RBC branch or to Scotia or any other branch to get smaller bills or to pay bills. Respectfully, your employee has the worst body odor, you can smell it the second you open the doors. And this concept of not having tellers and your employees discussing personal finances at the front counter infront of other people is extremely unprofessional. There was also elderly people needing help and nobody to help without tellers. All of your staff was dealing with appointments and trying to juggle both. CIBC Costco card—total nightmare. You sign up thinking it's great? Big mistake. You try to cancel and suddenly it's mission impossible. No one knows what they’re doing. It’s chaos. Horrible card. Just horrible!
