I’m very disappointed with the lack of service here. I waited for 20 minutes at the front desk and was never greeted or acknowledged by the staff passing by. Avoid this location if you value your time.
No staff! 2 people on staff in the middle of the day and service is horrible! Just went to pick up a Visa card that was delivered to the branch and had to wait 20 minutes.
I have had a very disappointing and stressful experience with this branch. I had set up an automatic monthly transfer from my savings account to my TFSA investment account, however, due to a bank error, these funds were incorrectly transferred elsewhere and for 13 months were withdrawn from my account without being deposited into my TFSA.
