Prashant Purswani was my advisor. Not only did he give me wrong information regarding the offers for newcomer, but also applied for a higher amount as I wanted for a credit card. The first request he made was approved, then he raised the amount (again: I didn't ask for it!), and that was not approved instantly. I sent all the documents and he assured me it's just a formality. They never answer the phone or come out when I'm in the banking centre lol strange
They don't care about the time of their client. Never meet deadline even for a general wire transfer.
Worst customer service, they take 3 days for a wire transfer within Canada. Just to send my money, they need to verify twice. Lindsay (BM) was the one dealing with it. Why?
