I was in the branch today, had questions regarding my account. The person was totally useless and lazy. I asked her to look into my account, said she wasn't logged in and told me to go on my phone. I was totally shocked.
I tried to open a CIBC Investor's Edge account. They helped to do all the paperwork and submitted it three months ago. I phone them and find out they have lost the application!! They don't even have a record of having done the application forms. This is imbecilic. Their IT system is full of glitches, their record keeping is screwed up, CIBC cannot be trusted. I am moving my business elsewhere.
Isha helped me and my many friends to open the account . She is very friendly and helpful . I have my ACC in this branch and I never had any issues.
I have been coming to this branch for two years, and every time I ask, I solve my problems perfectly. The staff is very welcoming and deserves the best five stars
