Great bank
Kat at the front desk was incredibly helpful and professional. I really appreciate the outstanding service!
CIBC just close this location down. Staff don't want to work.
Poor service
This branch used to be one of the best, but now it is staffed by employees who are both unwilling and incompetent to help. In November, I visited the bank to transfer money into my TFSA. Upon arrival, one of the employees informed me that only two staff members were working that day and that transferring money from a checking account to a TFSA would take too long.
