Worst customer service ever. The ATM ate my Simplii financial bank card. The only person behind a counter said 'Yes, we've been having problems......' but no sign to warn customers! He then said there was no way to retrieve it, and I'd just have to call Simplii to order a new card. What a useless.......
Zero stars - impossible to speak to a human
This bank has come a long way. I had an appointment with Emre Cantekin he was very helpful and I was very happy with my service experience. He was patient with me, I had a lot of questions. He answered all of my many questions and I left feeling as though I made the right decisions. Overall great help every time I come in. I really appreciated his friendliness and willingness to help me and advise me on making good decisions for my financial situations.
Amazing customer service!
Polite and knowledgeable staff and always efficient. Not a regular branch so no lineups.
