Just awful experience today. Went to deposit some cash, and the atm ate my cash. It canceled my transaction and return half of my money. Check with reception, about my missing money. Printed a receipt to see the transaction of my second attempt and a separate deposit of the same amount as the missing cash, there should be 2 transaction for today but I only see one. Doesn't have any cash on site/you can’t get change here. Zero point having a physical location when the only thing it offers is ATMs for bills and services which can all be done online…
Very poor services and terrible experience by the current team in the branch of CIBC led by one Asian girl. They're rude and inconsiderate. The previous team led by one black woman was better. With current team of Asians the bank sucks!!!!!!
J'ai été déçu ce lundi 18 Nov 2024. Je voudrais ouvrir un compte bancaire parce que je suis nouveau à Ottawa. Malheureusement y a personne qui parle français dans cette agence.. alors que le Canada est un pays bilingue.. c'est choquant quand même.
