Polite and knowledgeable staff and always efficient. Not a regular branch so no lineups.
No customer service to speak of. They make it mandatory to have an appointment with them just to transfer from a cibc account to to a cibc tfsa. And then you have to wait 2 weeks (no exageration) for the next available appointment.
Terrible, what kind of branch has no tellers ... had go to centrum to get any banking done. Not impressed.
