avoid this location at all cost! they only have 1 table to serve people, waited 30min and still didn't get my turn. ended up going to another branch
My experience with this bank was very disappointing. After requested an appointment to open an account, I received a call from the assigned advisor informing me that it would not be possible to complete the account opening because it was her last day with the bank. I believe an employee's departure should not affect customer service or ongoing processes

Branch closed, I understander. but why shut down ATM area? So your ATM not 24/7? If your ATM area also has certain business hours, please post it.
Need serious training for customer service as a bank at all.
