I went to this branch twice Both appointments i had to deal the staff name Collin First time was to create an account in CIBC, his service was nightmare and it made hesitant to proceed with the bank, the second time also was the same along with providing wrong information (which corrected by another staff day later from the visit)
Do not go there for anything else but an ATM. No tellers or ability to do transactions.
The lady working at the lobby really helps me a lot today. She works with high efficiency. I really should’ve checked her name but I forgot. No wonder the review score for this brunch is the highest among the ones in London. First, she made phone calls to tackle my identity theft issue on a credit card of which I never had and ask them to mail a new credit card allowing me to get it in 5 days. I picked a Costco credit card >4months ago here . Since then I get phone calls and texts to pick up. Last night at 3am I was woken up by then. If they can't hand out cards property, you may not want them touching your money.
