This branch has gone from bad to worst. ATM machine closes early in the evening. One cannot request to change bills into looneys or twoonies. To add bad service to cibc one must wait 30 minutes online for bad service. One has to hear how much we have in our account; which could be left as a choice to press a key number to hear that information that I already know. Very annoying. Considering changing cibc to other institution.
This place should he shown on Google as only ATM because there is no teller in the bank and when you enter they advise you go to Samerled branch. Fully waste of time. Simple go to another branch.
