This bank has lost their mind! They LOCK THE DOOR after 9pm so NO ONE CANT USE THR ATM. They are afraid of homeless people using the bank entrance as shelter so they BLOCK PEOPLE WHO HAVE AN ACCOUNT AND MONEY SO THEY CSNT USE THE MACHINES DUE TO THEIR LACK OF SECURITY! I HAVE TO RUN ALL AROUND THE PLACE TO FIND AN ATM.. PEOPLE SHOULD NOT BE CHANGED A SERVICE CHARGE FOR HAVING TO USE ANOTHER BANK DUE TO THIS BANK BEING CLOSED WHEN ITS NEEDED!! ITS STUPID AND CIBC IS LOSING ALOT OF CREDIT FOR THIS..
The agent Jessica is super helpful and nice! I had my business done in 10 minutes and was proposed to charge my phone in the client zone. Later I realized I have made a mistake putting the wrong beneficiary name on 10k check and she did a miracle of 5 minutes change and voila — I have everything corrected 😇. Thank you 🙏
I received a poor service from this branch for my bridge loan. Everything from the beginning was so long even though the file was ready. I don't recommend this brach.
