Went into bank to open an account . Greeter , said they can’t open the account today or this week ! because they are too busy and I must make an appointment. The branch was dead , no people in it and she could not help me . Staff these days are super lazy and not knowledgeable of anything except for passing the buck . Service has declined and lack of knowledge and common sense doesn’t seem to exist much any more .
