The young and talk lady at front desk is not made to work in any business related to customer service. The way she speaks feels really mean
I had a very disappointing experience at the Mohawk and Upper Paradise Banking Centre. This was my second time going into this branch to resolve what should have been a very simple issue: converting my regular account to a student account. Both times, the staff wasted my time and made it seem like they were handling the issue, but nothing was actually resolved. worst bank ive been too lady at front is clueless tells me theres 5s i tried it twice before she tells me its out of cash. Its a bank out of cash?!! terrible she had to no idea what she was talking about. avoid if possible.
Terrible useless location. Bank should be embarrassed offering no money and only spars service until 2pm?! Reprehensible bank now
