Last week 15th April, I was contacted by a CIBC executive on my phone numberand presented with an offer to visit a branch and spend 1 hour of my time to discuss my investment portfolio. She said I would be rewarded with a $200 virtual gift card for my time. In addition she said that If I have a mortgage with another bank and carry that statement I would get an additional $50 in gift card. Worst customer service ever very unprofessional. Mrs poorva parna literally told me i dont have time to waste with you. Then when i asked her to call the manager she said no u can go outside and speak to them. Am still Not sure Is this a prank? Is this a bank for real.Closing my accounts with them too bad because i liked CIBC.
Incompetent and clueless.
not sure how the manager in this branch got hired. was not able to help me but a teller from another branch immediately assisted me and had proper knowledge. shame on this branch for being so inadequate and bad at customer service.
