I would rate 0 if I could. Only 1 person at the front and she’s not knowledgeable. Spent 20 min with her at the front while she had to different rooms to ask for help. In the end, I got nothing done and she told me to call customer service hotline instead. There’s absolutely no customer service at this location and the staff is quite unfriendly. I don’t know why with such a big office, only 1 person works at the front, creating a bottleneck for many customers behind me.

This location does not have the cashier service, but it was not shown on Google Maps. I drove 20 minutes there and 30 minutes waiting in line, but they told me there was NO service! Poor CIBC, better closed.

I was at this location to pay my taxes. The person at the front did not know how and said it would take 15 mins. He asked 2 of his colleagues for guidance, he was looking at what looked like a cheatsheet, and after 10 mins one of his colleagues came out and said that if he didn't know how to do it, that he should tell me to "just go somewhere else" and that's what he told me. I was right in front of them when they had this conversation. I went to Scotiabank right across the street and everything was done in 2 minutes.
