Do not waste your time going to this branch.
This location is basically just an ATM. If you can’t complete your transaction through the machine, don’t waste your time coming here. They don't accept or dispense cash, and there’s only one teller on site, whose only role is to assist with the ATM. Honestly, calling this a "branch" is pretty misleading.
CIBC is extremely horrible and painful to deal with but this branch is especially horrible. Do NOT bank with CIBC especially at this location. They refused to allow me access to my own safety deposit box because the employee with the key was not in that day. I am in disbelief at how this is possible - to be denied access to my own box and that there is a single person only who can grant access. Other than this being nonsensical and inefficient, I may have needed to access my box for emergency reasons and for one person only ... read more

Had an ongoing issue with my account, telephone staff instructed me to go in to verify my identity. I did, but then the front staff was unable to continue fixing my issue because they had a meeting or something and i was directed to go back home and call telephone staff again. So, when I had another issue later, I booked a telephone meeting with a staff from this branch.
