waited 20 mins in the line for a 3s respond that they cannot close the account. Speechless.
Everyone here is completely zoned out, only one person helping customers and a bunch of staff hiding in the office talking to each other and on their cellphones. How does head office allow this bad of a branch to continue to exist without acting on it? Clearly there’s more than enough feedback from all these reviews.
No teller services even though it is a large branch
I visited this CIBC branch around 2:00 PM today as a walk-in. There was no sign saying “by appointment only,” and the branch was completely empty. There were two staff at the front who appeared to be chatting. I asked for help with a very simple request — updating the card used for my loan payments — but was told to come back at 2:30, then 3:00. Waited 10 mins before anyone said "hello." Two employees and no eye contact as I stood right infront of the front desk. Even as they walked by. Poor customer service.
