Poor customers service
The door was locked at 7 AM so I couldn’t access the ATM. Strange. ATMs are supposed to be available 24 hours.
It's a joke, not a real bank, ATM start to work at 9:30
The worst experience I've ever had banking. Completely incompetent. No knowledge of basic laws or customer service. If I worked here I would end it all because my life would not be worth living. I would be a drain on society.
