This CIBC location is a joke. There are NO tellers. There is NO money. You cannot make a financial transaction IN the BANK. When I walked in asking for financial assistance it was like I was inconveniencing the staff and that I was a fool for asking. The doors to the ATMs get locked at 9 p.m. and remain locked until 9 a.m. with the closest CIBC machines over a 10 minute drive away. Banking can be a very tricky concept and it's very easy to quickly feel helpless; unless you are helped wonderfully and gosh, was I given the best service! Thank you, Kim. You were so patient and nonjudgemental. I travelled from an hour and a half away because Lakeshore's is my first branch and boy, am I so glad that I took the time out to do so. I will be back because of your excellent service and kind heart.
The worst service. The bank employee is lazy and incompetent. He doesn't want to and doesn't do his job.
So, I’m heading to the US today, and naturally, my CIBC business card decides to vanish into the abyss. It’s 3:43 PM. GPS says the nearest branch is 9 minutes away. Thr branch closes at 4PM.
