I wanted to get some advice recently it was served by Heidi. What outstanding service, an exemplary bank representative that is knowledgeable, proactive and singularly professional. CIBC might havea new client.
The caucassian lrge burrito got nothing to say just “no“ would be great if you had a landline just to hear “no” for any service 🤌
If I could leave no stars I would. I had an issue with my card which I spoke to the fraud department about, everything was supposed to be resolved but when I got to this location they made me sit on the phone for 90 minutes and wait to talk to the same people I spoke to already who told me to go to the branch and get a new card in the first place.. if you have a choice, do not go to this Branch. These people are incompetent. This is my worst banking experience ever.
Update...2025 November update. Just one person in the whole branch today? Why pretend CIBC has this location?.. and their "system is down"! Previous experience... Incompetent, not helpful
Horrible customer service manager not helping for anything if I call customers service why you guys here ?!!??
