I came today morning around 11:35 am waited there for 10 minutes and no one came to attend me . Ridiculous customer service If you don’t want to do business just shut this location down . You can check your cameras there was no one on reception to attend clients. At least have some basic sense of doing business
So CIBC now has ghost branches where you only have a mortage specialist and a bunch of wasted space. The problem is that they are not kind enough to differentiate those on google maps or any other nav app. So customers end up driving to 3-4 locations without knowing if its a real branch or this new random office .. this is one of the wasted space one so hopefully I can save you the drive or trip.
