I made an appointment for a virtual call at 9AM. I waited half an hour and no one showed up. I had to call the branch 10 times before anyone picked up and they just told me that it wasn't on their calendar even though I received a reminder email. So frustrating. Really moving away from banking with these big traditional banks.
Only has one teller, service is very slow
Just left this branch right now after waiting for half an hour to get a bank draft. After waiting I was told that they could not get me a bank draft because their printer isn’t working. Like really? Is this a joke? Heidi and Parth are currently on duty and were extremely unhelpful. They provided me with no solutions or alternatives to solve my issue. My visit to Anastasia P. (CIBC Financial Services Representative) exceeded all my expectations. 10 out of 10! Anastasia quickly and professionally answered my questions (in my native language) and also resolved the issue that had arisen. She also provided recommendations on how to prevent similar situations in the future! This was my BEST visit in my entire experience with CIBC.
