“Very poor service at this branch! I went to request a statement for my business account, but the employee refused to provide it, claiming that I needed to submit additional documents besides my ID and bank card, even though I’ve never been asked for this at other branches. CIBC on 4914 Dundas street west is filled up with all unprofessional. They have issues on almost everything. I am dealing with one of my problem from last two month with they couldn’t resolve it and I cannot visit them every time in person so from last 4 days, I am almost calling them almost 20 times a day from my workplace to my home but they never pick it up. Pls stop closing the atm early
I had a highly unsatisfactory experience at this location. The representative, Damo P., was unable to answer any of my questions regarding auto-deposit transfers and repeatedly advised me to call the hotline instead.
Failed to convey information that ultimately cost me thousands. Either they are incompetent or just don’t care. Either way - avoid.
