The frontdesk staff is so cooperative and helpful.
I feel like with this branch it mostly depends on which representative will be assisting you. In some cases they are extremely helpful and nice, in others still nice, but not necessarily helpful.
I have gone there to get a money order, and I mentioned to the representative what I need it for and that I haven't done it before. She said sure, no problem and did a bank draft instead, which later on I couldn't use and it messed up with the appointment that I had. Point is - if you cannot process the request just say so please!
very bad service I do not recommend this branch🤮
The manager of this Branch is very good and very helpful but the other employee need more training and not very helpful and they don't what there doing.
