I always have a great experience at this CIBC branch. The staff is consistently competent, courteous, and professional. During my recent visit, Mr. Josh went above and beyond to assist me with an issue I was facing regarding my lost card. His active and professional approach made the process smooth and stress-free. I truly appreciate the excellent service this branch provides every time! Highly recommend!
I went there today (24th Apr) around 10:30am and the customer service was so bad. All of them were in front chit chatting. The staff who came to assist me was so arrogant and not helpful at all. I had a few queries to clear but he was always giving the answer that everthing is available on your internet banking. I felt like i was judged the way i looked as well which was really depressing. I was supposed to receive some funds from my parents and the same got rejected due to some issue in the details so i asked this guy to gi... read more
