I went there today (24th Apr) around 10:30am and the customer service was so bad. All of them were in front chit chatting. The staff who came to assist me was so arrogant and not helpful at all. I had a few queries to clear but he was always giving the answer that everthing is available on your internet banking. I felt like i was judged the way i looked as well which was really depressing. Good for nothing. Better go to the different branch as they offer no service.
Horrible customer service, waited for over 45 mins to get a card replaced. Whilst 2 employees sitting in their offices doors closed, trying to look busy. Another 2 constantly speaking in Hindi and chatting whilst not caring about customers in the lobby. I have been a CIBC customer for 13 years and an ex employee never have I ever seen such bad customer service.
Horrible customer service. The staff is so rude . Even if you come in with a bright smile and positive attitude, the staff don't care. They make you feel like you're a burden.
