Useless location .. why did they open this branch if you cant help
Absolutely horrendous customer service !! The rep (aahwaan) was trying his best to help but the manager was absolutely unbothered by the trouble I was facing. My Funds were on hold and the only way to release it was with manager’s discretion. She showed absolutely no interest in trying to help and instead was gossiping with her coworkers while me and the rep were trying to sort the situation which was out of his control. I was very frustrated and didn’t get the job done at the end. Furthermore wasted 40 mins
I recently visited the branch and met Mr. Aahwaan Gupta. He was very helpful and friendly. Very happy with the service.
Very close to my current residence unfortunately the CIBC Branch will be moving.
