Went there to get a new card issued. Tried phoning no answer. Took bus to Bank was closed and nobody there. Or at least not in view. Why have a bank if you can't get help.
this is the worst bank i’ve ever used, there is never anybody available wether i go in or call they never answer their phones their appointments are messy and actually getting help/service from them is extremely rare i had a fraud problem on my card and they did absolutely nothing about it
Horrible customer service. The attendant turned off the phone on my face when I asked about cancellation of a service.
Hi I been wit cibc since I was 12 and I personally love this location specially when Jenn is working she has done nothing but an amazing part in helping me wit all my problems and I have suffered from brain damage due to covid and the other workers have made me feel like I'm a problem or jus treats me as if I haven't been with them since I was 12 and I had to walk outta there crying from a lady who was all in the rudest of a way to treat a long loyal customer to the point where I don't want anything to do with anyone in ther... read more
