We've met with a few different financial advisors to help with some things, but we met with Adam today and he has by far been the best! He was able to help us accomplish everything we were hoping to do, and was able to explain things in a way that was easy to understand! We will be making our meetings with him from now on! :)
WARNING! This branch's ATM might HAS FRAUD! Oct 2nd, 2025, at 8 ish, I deposited couple hundred dollars bills at ATM at right hand side. As usual , I inserted card, keyed the code. However, when I hit the deposit, it lead me driectly to the deposit page and jumpped the accounts choosing option. After finishing the deposit, I was wondering which account I put money. Poor service
Adam was so helpful and nice ! He solved my struggle in a second ! Such a great customer service! Even we didn’t have an appointment, we are impressed! Thank you so much Adam !
The worst customer service that I have ever seen/experienced at a CIBC branch. I feel like they’ve put the people with the worst attitude in one branch. The only 3 interactions I’ve had have been AWFUL! One of the ladies didn’t even bother to ask what we needed exactly while she yelled at us from half the hallway that “they had no cash, and deposits go to atm” we KNEW THIS we needed assistance with something else. Needless to say, WORST OF THE WORST.
