The tellers here are normally quite rude especially the young lady. Ive maybe only had one experience where I felt like they actually wanted to help me with my problem and this is my home branch where I opened my account and whenever I have tried to call them it goes straight to voicemail and they don't return your call ive had much better experience with all the other branches I have went to
Aug 22nd, 2026...every experience w this location since my first has SUCKED! I regret my initial review. Id know be giving them a 0 star rating if I could but 1 is the lowest so I've changed it from 5 stars to 1 star I wanted to say a BIG thank you to your Advisor Jennifer. We met with May today. We walked in without an appointment, and she was happy to help us anyway. She was very attentive, stayed focused on our needs. She answered all of our questions clearly and professionally. It was a great experience from start to finish. This branch also seemed much less busy than others, making the visit quick and stress-free. We really appreciated May’s excellent customer service and highly recommend this branch!
