Worst experience ever at any bank. CIBC Seton bullied belittled no answers in person next step pull everything from CIBC definitely never going to Seton branch ever again as a white guy I experienced racism.

Cibc overall is a horrible bank, but this branch has got to be the very worst. They never return phone calls. You cannot do any banking here with an appointment however it’s impossible to get one you have to book weeks in advance to do anything with your own accounts and money. It’s a DEI nightmare.
