Absolutely no help at all. I ended up walking out and going to the branch in Shawnessy where I received excellent service.
This lady Marinela needs to learn about customer service, she is condescending and rude, asked my wife I'm quoting here "what are you doing here, what do you want, my wife was doing a delivery of Marketing brochures sent to CIBC from their head office was a fairly large box very noticeable also there was an older gentleman who already had interacted with my wife in a courteous manner she was waiting for him, she had no reason to come out of her little room and ask her anything especially in that tone. Went to the branch today and Lizzy helped me right away. She was very professional and efficient. I had my kiddo with me, and she was so accommodating and understanding, which I truly appreciated. The service was excellent, and quick. Highly recommend!
I have lived in Calgary for a long time, and this is, without a doubt, the worst customer service experience I have ever had in Canada. I dealt with Marinela Bazavan, and her conduct was beyond unprofessional—it was hostile. Throughout our interaction, she was shouting and raising her voice at me. Unbelievably terrible service. I politely asked about the arrival of my credit card and the teller with the Eastern European accent was so incredibly rude for absolutely no reason. She could have politely explained the process but instead yelled “WAIT” and condescendingly talked down to me. Avoid this branch.
