They have ni system in place to see who is next to be helped! You wait for 30 minutes with other people waiting as well and they come up and just randomly start taking people in the office to help Will never be returning to this branch! Ridiculous
These RIP OFF ARTISTS charge service charges that they dont provide. SNEAKY. They charge me overdraft when I have NEVER used it. Then they try to sneak other service charges in for services NOT RENDERED. Do not try to get a hold of anybody here, they will NEVER answer their phones or messages. If you go to the branch physcially, they will make you wait to make an appointment to come back in a few weeks. Time to move my account to an Alberta Treasurey Branch.
If you want to waste 1–2 hours just to pick up a card, this is definitely the place to be. It took us 2 HOURS to pick up a card. Honestly, it felt like nobody was working here. LOL
