I've had little dealings with the entire staff but my financial advisor Michelle is the best by far of all my previous FA in Toronto. She identified discrepancies on my portfolio and were immediately resolved. I've been impressed by the staff I've delt with so far.
This bank doesn't have tellers. Its recommended that you make a appointment to take to a banker, which is very annoying.
Hands down the worst CIBC I’ve been to. ATMs close when the bank does. Really hard for working people to visit the ATM at regular business hours sometimes.
Very nice and cool environment at the Courtice branch I visited Wonderful customer service from the receptionist to the customer service personnel CIBC services are exceptional at all the branches I've visited
