Came to replace a lost bank card A dozen empty offices One person helping the customers And after requesting a new bank card, showing identification and verifying the text sent BASANTA, the teller, called the fraud department and made the lineup behind me grow longer as he tried to play detective. Must have been a slow day. Basanta had to eventually give me my replacement card after a lengthy wait and an unnecessary phone call to the FRAUD DEPARTMENT lol!! Slow, questionable service. Avoid this location at all costs)
Terrible Branch, I was hacked and money was taken from my account, after I went into the bank and told them that I was hacked. CIBC did nothing, your money is not protected at CIBC.
This branch reps. never pick up call and always defer their service to other branch. If not interested then please close this location.
The drive through is nice, but the rest of it is useless. They no longer have tellers to cash cheques, no customer service skills from the financial advisers, and the ATMs are always filthy. Do yourself a favour and go to another location, do yourself an even bigger favour and switch your banking institution.
Terrible. I have no idea what the 4 people working there actually do but the guy at the front desk absolutely punked me and screwed me with bad advice. I went there to deposit a cheque directly and he made me use the ATM saying it a 5 day hold -it’s not it’s and 8 day hold!! How do you get that wrong? Dude was texting while talking to me, gave terrible bad advice and had zero ability to set me up with a financial advisor. Banks are the real criminals but getting mistreated by customer service is the kick in the teeth I reall... read more
