God forbid someone tried calling them to speak with a real person. They have a fake phone line that will always take you to voicemail and no one will call you back. So unless you have time to come in person, do not contact/ use this location. Sincerely someone who needs help with a big transaction before the weekend and cannot drive to the location in person

I had a truly great experience at this branch during a recent visit. Eireen Zheng, the teller who assisted us, was fantastic—professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. We had a few banking matters to sort out while traveling, and she made the process seamless. Kudos to her.
I wish I could give negative stars. Totally garbage service, and the branch manager is unprofessional in conversation, unknowledgeable about CIBC products and devices, and rude. He told me he’s been branch manager for many years (8 years?). No wonder this branch got so many 1-star reviews, and CIBC is again going back to that don’t-care-about-clients bank like pre-2015. I have been a long-time client of the CIBC branch at Bathurst St and Rutherford Rd, holding multiple business and personal accounts, as well as other financial products. In the past, it was an absolute pleasure to work with this branch, thanks to the exceptional service provided by the previous team and general manager.
