The worst customer experience, especially the manager, Dennis Jannette. Rude and unprofessional. Very disappointing experience with this branch. If i can leave zero start i would do so in a hear beat. After multiple unsuccessful attempts to reach the branch directly, I had no choice but to go through the CIBC call centre to get assistance. Such a disrespectful, lazy attitude i’ve ever seen in CIBC, ever! I sent money through wire transfer in Waterloo, and I went to this branch (as I dont live in Waterloo, I was there for work at that day) to follow up with my transfer as it had been almost 2 weeks without hearing about the money.
