I opened an account last week, and their agent, Daniya, was so efficient! For the first time, I understood how to plan with savings, RRSP and TFSA. She was able to explain everything in layman's term. I hope you get her to help you when you visit their branch!
Useless branch, they close at 4 PM although on the door and on the website, it says that they supposed to close by 5 PM, Don’t even know how to process tax payment.
No counter. Only one person is working. Had to wait.
