2023 Review: Staff were friendly and tried their best to help. Lack of parking make this branch pretty difficult to access. 3 stars ************ 2025 Review update: Still a sad branch with only 1 front staff holding the fort. Took 5 mins with only 1 lady in front of me before I was helped. Teller staff knows what needs to be done but no expression and no smiles. Feels miserable to be there it seems. Hope she finds a happy job. Still better than TD bank across the street
Went to pick up some Foreign currency. The woman was on a personal call and made us wait. Then when I received my money, she didn’t count it. Is this new? Aren’t they supposed to count the cash in front of you or do we just not do basic logical behaviours anymore…?
Extremely unprofessional and lacking patience.
I booked an appointment ONLINE at the banking center (Aspen Landing) and I was happy to see that they had several appointments on Sunday and I received a confirmation email and a reminder email with the appointment's details such as the day, time and the name of the customer service representative. I arrived on time with my husband but the bank was CLOSED. We felt very angry and disrespected. WHY ARE YOU GIVING PEOPLE APPOINTMENTS IF YOU ARE CLOSED!!!
