I cannot seem to get an RESP withdrawal completed. I have been trying to get assistance and updates and left messages with multiple people including the branch manager and their online contact centre. Extremely poor customer service.
ATM only has 20s, no other workers to give other change. Was told to go to another branch
Absolutely the worst branch ever. The store manager is extremely unreasonable and impatient to a point that is rude to customer. She is terrible and doesn't know how to communicate with the customer. I hope CIBC upper management can see this review and other reviews. There is a reason why all recent reviews are 1 star. I bet it starts with the manager of the branch. I just had the worst experience at the CIBC Aspen branch. The branch manager was shockingly rude and completely unreasonable. It was very disappointing trying to have a conversation with her — she showed no willingness to listen and gave zero consideration to any special circumstances. I have a Tier 3 account in good standing and was specifically advised to come to this branch to get my issue resolved, yet she outright refused to help in any way. Hello, I visited your CIBC branch recently, and I wanted to share some feedback. I felt that the staff member's body language and facial expressions came across as rude, and she mentioned something to me that I found uncomfortable. I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter. The staff at CIBC Aspen's body language today was almost aggressive; I found it really disappointing.
