As someone who used to work in a bank, I am so disappointed by my first visit to this branch. Not only are there no tellers (at least none that were visible), but I was not acknowledged even once by the many staff people who walked by to and from their offices. There was one girl helping a woman in front of me, and a simple acknowledgment that they will help soon goes a long way in customer service. 1 person working the front, who seems to be less experienced than the other staff who are just wondering around. What’s the point of having staff if they don’t even bother to help.
the Indian lady at the front desk is very impatient and a bit rude. Attitude problem. Bad experience.

Caleb over there was amazing. I was going branch to branch on a Saturday to find someone to deduct money from my investment account. Every other branch asked me to book an appointment with an advisor for next week and during work hours. Caleb, on the other hand, helped me in less than 30 minutes without a prior appointment. He was very kind and professional too.
