I honestly don’t even know why I still have accounts at CIBC. Whether it’s the bank’s policies or the customer service, something just consistently feels off. Interactions with staff have been frustrating more often than not — not sure if it’s a lack of training, poor internal systems, or just the culture. Either way, the experience has made me seriously reconsider my relationship with this bank. Time for a change.

I'm sorry to say, but this bank has poor customer service. These issues often arise when the entire staff comes from the same ethnic background, leading to a lack of diversity in perspective. As a result, concerns are not properly addressed because staff members tend to support each other rather than focus on resolving customer issues.
