I'm sorry to say, but this bank has poor customer service. These issues often arise when the entire staff comes from the same ethnic background, leading to a lack of diversity in perspective. As a result, concerns are not properly addressed because staff members tend to support each other rather than focus on resolving customer issues. One person helping people, and the rest are hiding in their offices
As someone who used to work in a bank, I am so disappointed by my first visit to this branch. Not only are there no tellers (at least none that were visible), but I was not acknowledged even once by the many staff people who walked by to and from their offices. There was one girl helping a woman in front of me, and a simple acknowledgment that they will help soon goes a long way in customer service.
