No tellers, they can't actually help you, just direct you to the crowfoot location to see a teller. Absolutely asinine, waste of space.
Good service and staff, but 0930am as start of business is too late for customers going to work away from Royal Oak.
I visited the CIBC branch at Royal Vista place. I met Jasleen Cheema, a very friendly and efficient staff member who answered all my questions and gave helpful suggestions on account management, and there were no delays.
I wish I could give them 0 star. Ridiculously slow and unprofessional service. Two tellers are working & taking forever to do simple things. Never come here unless you have nothing else to do and have patience to listen their stories. 👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾
A very good branch. Excellent service! Everything was explained clearly with examples. Opening a bank account took about 30 minutes. The staff were very friendly and patient.
