Useless branch. Gave me phone number to call instead of figuring out the debit card.
We visited the CIBC branch on Saturday, October 4th at 1:00 PM to apply for a credit card, and we were extremely satisfied with the service! The staff member who helped us was professional, attentive, and very friendly. Everything was handled quickly, clearly, and efficiently. We received detailed explanations about all the terms and felt truly cared for as customers. Edit: I've changed my review from a 5 star to a 2 star. I walked in behind someone who was talking with the teller. That person finished and then the teller went on a phone call. I then had two people walk in front of me to go up to the teller before me. I waited for the teller to say something and they didn't. Honeslty ive been to this branch THREE times and they havent been neither nice, or helpful. They should be closed since they cant help with anything and say no/cant do it even if you have an emergency. They give no options and their service is extremely bad.
Booked an appointment for RESP withdrawal and this bank was being very difficult. Its for a private school that was new and there are no spots in other schools so this is only choice. And the guy that helped, who was the manager, we told him to withdraw from capital and he just wouldn't understand and at the end he said he doesn't want to help us. What poor service
